The Terrance Lewis Liberation Foundation (TLLF) will work to investigate claims by researching claims submitted on a pro-se basis. After compiling a detailed memorandum, TLLF will present memoranda to the proper authorities, including but not limited to the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office Conviction Integrity Unit (CIU), and the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
The mission of this organization is led by individuals who have experienced that which they endeavor to change. The ultimate goal of the Terrance Lewis Liberation Foundation and Project RIC is to assist with the reformation of the criminal justice system in Pennsylvania and, ultimately, the nation.
At the Liberation Foundation, we know that radical change to the justice system is a community-wide project. Working with young people throughout PA, the Liberation Foundation's Student Justice Initiative promotes student involvement in criminal justice reform. Through participation in SJI, students pursuing college or law degrees aid our mission by assisting in all parts of the investigation process, running our social media, and coordinating fundraising efforts.
