Founded by exoneree Terrance Lewis, The Liberation Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to advocating for wrongfully convicted people and those serving disproportionate sentences. The Liberation Foundation also seeks to support formerly incarcerated folks and challenge police and prosecutorial misconduct.
The Liberation Foundation was founded by Philadelphia exoneree Terrance Lewis. A wrongfully-convicted juvenile lifer, Terrance created his plan for TLLF while he was incarcerated in Pennsylvania,. Officially established as a 501c3 non-profit in May 2020, the Liberation Foundation comprises a team of dedicated volunteers from across Pennsylvania.
We are dedicated to advocating for wrongfully convicted people who do not yet have legal representation. The primary goal of TLLF is to secure justice and freedom for innocent folks who are wrongfully incarcerated through advocacy and support work.
Your support and contributions will enable us to fight for justice for wrongfully convicted Philadelphians.
You can also donate via Venmo through @Terrance-Lewis-27 or via our GoFundMe.
